What this right covers
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and under comparable laws in other states, you may have the right to direct a business not to sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Because Road Cover connects consumers with participating insurance providers and partners, some of the disclosures we make may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under those laws.
How to submit a request
Complete the form below, email us, or call the number on this site. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may require you to verify your own identity directly.
Global Privacy Control
